Teens beaten, robbed in Valley Stream

Fifth Squad detectives are looking for three men who beat one teenager and robbed another of his cell phone Monday in Valley Stream, Nassau County police said.

Two teens on bicycles were on Rockaway Avenue at about 5 p.m. when three men approached them and demanded their valuables, police said.

The three suspects knocked one of the teens off his bike, punching him in the face. The second teen gave the men his cell phone, police said, and the three suspects fled through a nearby parking lot.
