The three men walked into a fast-food restaurant in Lawrence last month, were involved in a physical altercation with another patron, then fled in a red vehicle.

Nassau County police are trying to locate the trio -- and are asking anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers at 800-244-TIPS.

All calls will remain confidential, police said.

The incident occurred at the Popeye's on Rockaway Turnpike at 10:55 p.m. on Sept. 24, police said. It was at that time the three men -- a trio whose images were caught on surveillance cameras -- walked into the restaurant and fought with the victim, injuring him, police said. The extent of those injuries was not known.

Police said the three men then fled in a red vehicle.
