Truck crashes into utility pole in Sea Cliff

A truck crashed into a utility pole on a narrow residential street in Sea Cliff Friday morning, knocking down live wires, Nassau County police said.

The crash occurred at 8:18 a.m. near the intersection of Glen Avenue and Park Place.

Police said emergency LIPA crews are on the scene, but could not immediately say how long it will take to make repairs.

No one was injured in the incident, police said.
