An Inwood man and a 15-year-old boy were arrested Thursday, accused of attacking a man and stealing his wallet and cellphone, Nassau police said.

The 39-year-old victim was walking on Solomon Avenue in the vicinity of Doughty Boulevard in Inwood when three males confronted him about 2:30 a.m., police said.

The 15-year-old first demanded the man's phone and punched him, police said. As the victim fell to the ground, Michael Pedlar, 17, of 385 Bayview Avenue, reached into his pocket, stole his wallet and handed it to a third man who is still at large, police said. The trio then ran away toward Donohue Avenue.

NYPD officers and Nassau police arrested Pedlar and the 15-year-old on second-degree robbery charges Thursday morning. They were arraigned Thursday morning in First District Court in Hempstead.
