Two men - one from North Carolina, the other from Oceanside - have been arrested and charged in the murder of an Inwood man, Nassau County police said Wednesday.

Police said Tyshaun Jacobs, 23, of Long Beach Road, Oceanside, and James Currie, 25, of Charlotte, N.C., are charged in the Saturday shooting of Desmond Kelly, 30. Police said the two fled in Kelly's on Wanser Avenue home in Inwood after the shooting.

Both are charged with second-degree murder.

Police said Currie was arraigned on Monday and Jacobs was arraigned Tuesday in First District Court, Hempstead. Arraignment details were not immediately available.
