Nassau police are searching for three men connected with a gas station robbery in Valley Stream early Sunday morning.

Two men entered Dashmesh Petroleum at 385 W. Merrick Rd. at 3:35 a.m. While one man acted as a lookout, the other man, holding a silver handgun, demanded money from an employee, police said.

After getting the money, the two men left the station and got into a light blue sport utility vehicle driven by a third man. The SUV left the station, going west on West Merrick Road, police said.

The employee, 55, was not injured.

The armed man was described by police as about 5-foot-8 and wearing a red bandanna and red jacket. The second man was described as about 5-foot6.

Police ask anyone with information about this case to contact Crime Stoppers at 800-244-TIPS. Calls will be kept confidential.
