Westbound Old Country Road reopens after crash, police say

Westbound Old Country Road was closed for about two hours Thursday morning in Plainview after a three-car collision that sent one person to the hospital, police said.
The crash occurred near Rex Place at 7:35 a.m. Nassau County police said the road was reopened at 9:34 a.m.
One person was taken to Winthrop-University Hospital in Mineola. Details were not immediately available.
Police said Old Country Road had been closed westbound at Manetto Hill Road.
