MASTER PLAN. Suffolk County Planning Commission officials will address the county legislature's Environment, Planning and Agriculture Committee Monday at 1 p.m. at the William H. OYSTER BAY TOWN

TRAIL TALK. The Oyster Bay town board will meet Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Town Hall (Town Hall East, 54 Audrey Ave., Oyster Bay), and will consider a resolution to hire a consultant to develop a Blueway Trail of attractions along the waterfront from Hempstead Harbor to Oyster Bay Harbor.
