A Williston Park woman who called authorities early Friday to report a possible break-in at an office building has been arrested in the burglary incident, Nassau County police said.

Officers say Carmen Gonzalez, 31, called authorities about 3:50 a.m. and met a detective outside the complex at 99 Hillside Ave., police said.

After investigating, the detective determined that Gonzalez was responsible for breaking a glass window to enter the complex.

While inside, police said she caused damage to two vacant suites and equipment.

She is charged with three counts of third-degree burglary and resisting arrest. She will be arraigned in First District Court in Hempstead on Saturday.
