Woodmere woman charged in oxycodone sale

A Woodmere woman was arrested Tuesday and charged with drug possession and sale, police said.

Nicole Goldenberg, 38, of 20 Clubside Dr., Woodmere, was arrested by Nassau Narcotics/Vice Squad detectives on charges of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Goldenberg sold a quantity of oxycodone to another person in the vicinity of Conklin Avenue and Broadway in Woodmere on May 13, police said.

She was to be arraigned Wednesday in First District Court, Hempstead.
