Police: Man reported missing from Lawrence

Police are searching for a 29-year-old man with post-traumatic stress disorder who was last seen in Lawrence wearing a blue Yankees hat -- adorned with a Yankee logo written in Hebrew.
Nassau County police said Yosef Gerson is 5-foot-11, about 130 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is considered a "vulnerable adult" and is believed to be endangered.
He was last seen Monday in Lawrence. Police said he may have traveled to Queens.
In addition to the baseball hat, Gerson was wearing a gray sweatshirt and dark pants.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Missing Persons Clearinghouse at 800-346-3543.
