Two of the three people who Suffolk authorities say are involved in a major East End cocaine ring pleaded not guilty on Friday.

Miguel Matos, 45, of the Bronx, is accused of running an operation that sent about $200,000 worth of cocaine from the Bronx to Riverhead every week in cars equipped with secret compartments, District Attorney Thomas Spota said this week.

Suffolk County Court Judge Martin Efman ordered him held on bail of $1 million cash or $2 million bond.

Radomes Melendez Jr., 22, of the Bronx, an alleged runner for the operation, was ordered held on bail of $100,000 cash or $200,000 bond.

Robert Love, 58, of Riverhead, who allegedly handed East End distribution, is to be arraigned Wednesday.
