State police and Suffolk County sheriffs deputies arrested two people and cited two others after conducting a sobriety checkpoint on Sunrise Highway eastbound, east of Exit 65 in Hampton Bays Saturday night.

The checkpoint lasted into early Sunday morning.

Scott Tucker, 24, of Palm Beach, Fla., and Jorge Morocho, 24, of Southampton were charged with driving while intoxicated and held for a Sunday arraignment in Southampton Town Court.

Sarah Hynes, 28, of Wading River, was charged with driving while impaired by drugs. Michael Daly, 25 of Southampton was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Hynes and Daly were released on appearance tickets.

State police said 200 vehicles went through the checkpoint held between 11 p.m. and 4 a.m.
