Bay Shore men dead in Southern State crash, State Police say

Two people were killed in a single-vehicle crash on the Southern State Parkway in Bay Shore early Saturday, State Police said.
Aliem Davis, 21, was driving a 1995 Acura Integra east on the on the parkway near Exit 42 at about 1:30 a.m. when he left the road and struck several trees in the center median, police said.
Davis and his only passenger, Elliot Rodriguez, 22, both of Bay Shore, were pronounced dead at the scene.
The families of the two men could not be reached Saturday.
Police said the crash remains under investigation.
