2 Suffolk police cars damaged during chase
Two Suffolk County police cars were damaged Friday morning during a pursuit that ended in Babylon with at least one person taken into custody, police said.
No one was seriously injured, police said, but Friday night a police spokesman still declined to release information concerning the reason for the pursuit or identify the person taken into custody.
Suffolk police said during the afternoon that the incident was under investigation and details were still emerging.
