Two teenagers were killed in a one-car crash early Saturday on William Floyd Parkway in Ridge, Suffolk County police said.

The crashed occurred about 1:25 a.m., just north of Longwood Road. A sport-utility vehicle carrying four teens and a 20-year-old slammed into a tree, police said.

The identity of the victims was not released. Police said one person was taken to Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center, and another was taken to Stony Brook University Medical Center.

Police remained at the scene Saturday but William Floyd Parkway's northbound lanes remained open.
