Firefighters who extinguished a blaze in a car on a dead-end street in Upton found a body in the driver’s seat of the burned-out vehicle, police said.
The fire about 8:40 p.m. Sunday was on a street an near industrial park at Ramsey Road and Natcon Drive, Suffolk County police said.
An autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death, police said.
