Bohemia man charged with DWI, pleads guilty to traffic intraction
A Bohemia man was charged with drunken driving after he was stopped Tuesday on a state road in Milford, about 90 miles east of Syracuse, State Police said.
Marcello J. Iaboni, 23, provided a breath analyzer reading of 0.10 percent after he was pulled over on a traffic stop on Route 7, police said in a news release. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, police said.
The charge was later reduced to driving while ability impaired by alcohol, a traffic infraction, court records show. Iaboni paid a $500 fine, records show.
