Suffolk County police are investigating a crash that killed a child in the driveway of his home in Huntington Station on Saturday.

Police say Briceida Moreira De Moreira was driving on Third Avenue when her 2006 Lexus RX330 struck 4-year-old Rasool Guevara in his driveway at 11:37 a.m. She and family members transported the boy to Huntington Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. 

Details surrounding the crash were not released by police. 

Moreira De Moreira, 34, of Huntington Station, who was driving with only a learner's permit, was issued a summons for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, police said in a news release.
