A Suffolk County police officer examines a vehicle that flipped into the backyard of a Holbrook house along the South Service Road of the Long Island Expressway at Laurel Street. The driver and a passenger escaped injury. (Dec. 30, 2012) Credit: James Carbone

A car flipped over and landed in a backyard in Holbrook Sunday morning, Suffolk County police said.

No one was injured in the crash, which occurred at 10:52 a.m. at Expressway Drive South and Laurel Street.

All occupants of the vehicle were out by 10:59 a.m., police said. There was no word on what caused the vehicle to overturn.
