Car hits Suffolk Transit bus in Bohemia

A car struck the rear of a Suffolk Transit bus Friday afternoon in Bohemia, Suffolk County police said.

There were no immediate reports of injuries in the crash at 1:37 p.m. when the blue sedan rear-ended the bus in the southbound lanes of Veterans Memorial Highway near Ocean Avenue, a police spokeswoman said.
