Central Islip psych center's cemetery restoration to resume after delays

Samuel Levine, director of Touro's Jewish Law Institute, told Newsday restoration at the shuttered Central Islip Psychiatric Center's cemetery will resume by spring after delays caused by COVID-19 and funding problems.
