Copiague home damaged by fire, Suffolk police say

Fire damaged a home on Friday in Copiague, but there were no reported injuries, police said.
Suffolk County police said the fire was reported at 9:45 a.m.in the house on Abbington Court near Saint Ann’s Avenue.
Photos from the scene showed flames roaring out of the side and smoke billowing from the roof of the two-story house.
