Copper wire stolen in Huntington

At least two men stole copper wire worth about $500 from a National Grid yard in Huntington last month, Suffolk County police said Thursday.
On Aug. 23, two men cut the chain-link fence at a National Grid facility at 9 Union Pl., police said, and made away with a 2- to 3-feet spool of copper wire and loose copper wire from another spool.
Police released images of the men from video surveillance at the site.
