Three men face charges after two of them planned to invade the home of the third suspect, a reputed heroin dealer, officials said Tuesday.

Joshua A. Whitfield, 26, of Huntington, and Seyquan Patron, 24, of Mastic Beach, face attempted burglary and weapons charges and are being held in the Suffolk County jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail or $200,000 bond, officials said. Police believe Patron is a member of the Bloods street gang.

They said the two planned to rob Lonnie Walker, 29, of Farmingville, who is charged with fourth-degree possession of a controlled substance.

Police said they captured video surveillance of Whitfield and Patron buying gloves in preparation for the robbery and also have footage of them on their way to rob Walker of drugs and cash at Walker's home at 117 Horizon View Dr. in Farmingville.
