Cops: 7 hurt in Deer Park car crash

Seven people were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries after a car accident Sunday night on Deer Park Avenue in Deer Park, Suffolk County police said.

Police said the accident occurred just before 7:30 p.m.

It was then, police said, a car making a left-hand turn onto Half Hollow Road collided with another car. The extent of the injuries was not immediately known. Police said no one was charged.
