Suffolk police are looking for a man they said robbed a Brentwood bank Saturday morning.

Police said a man 50- to 60-year-old walked into a Citibank branch at 710 Suffolk Ave. about 9:20 a.m. and handed the teller a note demanding cash. When the teller hesitated, the suspect went to another teller, police said, demanding money and saying he had a gun.

That teller complied, and gave the robber an undisclosed amount of cash from the drawer, police said. The man then fled the bank.

Police described the suspect as 5 foot 10 and balding, with a heavy build. Police said he was wearing glasses, jeans, white sneakers, a blue jacket and a yellow hooded sweatshirt.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-220-TIPS. All calls will remain confidential.
