A collision between two cars late Tuesday in Mount Sinai ended with one vehicle crashing into an occupied home, police said.

The house had minor damage, police said.

Police did not release the identities of the two drivers, other than to say both were females who suffered minor injuries. One driver was taken to a hospital for treatment, police said.

There were no passengers in either car.

Police said the cause of the crash is under investigation.

Neither driver was charged.
