A Coram woman was arrested on a drunken driving charge early Friday after she was found stopped at a red light, going the wrong way, police said.

A 911 call alerted Suffolk County police to a wrong-way driver headed southbound on northbound North Ocean Avenue, police said.

Responding Sixth Precinct officers found a 2005 Toyota Solara with Jacqueline Descetto, 44, behind the wheel, stopped for a red light at about 2:15 a.m. at the intersection of Granny Road.

Police said Descetto was arrested without incident and charged with driving while intoxicated.

She is scheduled for arraignment Friday in First District Court in Central Islip.
