A 29-year-old Medford man was arrested Sunday morning in Water Mill, charged with a drunken driving and other alcohol-related charges, Southampton Town police said.

Jason L. Lambert was charged with driving while intoxicated, first-degree, second-degree and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and circumvention of an interlock device.

Police said Lambert also was issued tickets for unsafe lane change, passing in a no-passing zone, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and with having an open container of alcohol.

He was held for arraignment, police said.

Police said an officer stopped Lambert at about 8:20 a.m. Sunday after he failed to maintain his lane on Deerfield Road in Watermill.

A subsequent investigation determined Lambert was intoxicated, police said.
