Southold police have arrested a Brentwood man they say was driving while intoxicated with two children in the vehicle.

Justo Fajadro, 22, of Brentwood, was stopped Saturday at 3:21 a.m. at Sound Avenue and Aldrich Lane after failing to maintain his lane of travel and he was found to be intoxicated, Southold Town police said. He was driving with two children, ages two and seven, police said.

He was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child passenger less than 16 years old, otherwise known as Leandra's Law, as well as with DWI and endangering the welfare of a child.
