Cops investigate homicide in Ronkonkoma

Suffolk County police said they were investigating a homicide Saturday night in Ronkonkoma.
Police were called to an incident at a home at 700 Portion Rd. about 6 p.m. where detectives confirmed one person had been killed, authorities said.
Detectives remained at the home investigating the death late Saturday night, police said. The victim was not identified and police did not provide information about the circumstances of the death.
