A Riverhead man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated with his infant son in the car, Southold Town Police said.

Police responding to a report of a erratic driver traveling east on Sound Avenue Saturday at about 7 p.m. found Marco Boch, 22, driving a 1993 Toyota and unable to stay in his lane.

After Boch was pulled over, police said they determined he was intoxicated. His 11-month-old son was in the car, police said.

Boch was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, endangering the welfare of a child and operating a motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition with a child in the car, otherwise known as Leandra's Law.

The child was released to his mother, police said.
