A man who targeted an East Quogue woman and her home for more than a year is being held in jail after repeatedly burglarizing her home and performing lewd acts there, Southampton Town police said.

Hector Alexis Aguilar, 29, also of East Quogue, went to the victim's home several times from March 2012 to last Thursday, when he was arrested, police said. During that time, he stole electronics from her home and also performed lewd acts while peering into the windows, police said.

Detectives recovered much of the stolen electronics, police said.

Aguilar was charged with three counts of second-degree burglary, third-degree criminal possession of stolen property and fourth-degree stalking.

He was arraigned Friday and was held pending a $75,000 bail, police said.

Other details were not available Monday night.
