An Amityville man was arrested in connection with a burglary early Sunday after he was found in the back of a Massapequa game store that had its front window shattered, Nassau County police said.

Police responded to an alarm call at the Game Stop on Sunrise Highway at about 2:15 a.m., where they found the broken window. After searching the premises, officers found Anthony Sims, 20, in the back of the store, police said.

Sims was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary, police said. He is scheduled to be arraigned in First District Court in Hempstead on Monday.
