Suffolk County police detectives are looking for a man who shot and wounded a Wyandanch resident Monday afternoon.

Police said that the suspect shot Keith Garrison in the neck and back after an argument at North 15th Street, just north of Merritt Avenue in Wyandanch at 4:05 p.m.

Wyandanch Rescue took Garrison to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip, where he was in serious but stable condition, police said.

Detectives ask anyone with information regarding the shooting to call the First Squad at 631-854-8152 or Crime Stoppers at 800-2202-TIPS. Callers do not have to identify themselves.
