Cops: Pair used fake bills at restaurant

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Fourth Squad detectives are searching for two men who used counterfeit $20 bills at a Subway restaurant in Lake Ronkonkoma.
Suffolk police on Friday released photographs of the two suspects, who used the fake bills on Sept. 28 at a Subway at 43 Railroad Ave.
The men entered the restaurant at about 11:23 p.m. and used the bills to purchase food and drink, police said.
Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers at 800-220-8477. All calls will be kept confidential.
