Suffolk County police are investigating a crash that seriously injured a pedestrian in Farmingville on Saturday night about 9:20 p.m. at North Ocean Avenue and Horseblock Road. Suffolk County police are investigating a crash that seriously injured a pedestrian in Farmingville on Saturday night.

A vehicle hit a pedestrian about 9:20 p.m. at North Ocean Avenue and Horseblock Road.

The pedestrian was taken to Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center to be treated for serious injuries. The driver remained at the scene for questioning, police said.

Neither the driver nor the pedestrian were identified.
