Suffolk County police arson investigators are investigating a car fire Saturday morning on Glenmalure Street in North Amityville, police officials said.

The fire was reported at 1:45 a.m. No injuries were reported.

It is unclear, a Suffolk police spokeswoman said, if the fire is related to a separate car fire early Friday morning on Steele Place in North Amityville.

In that incident, a 2003 Infiniti was found ablaze in front of an unoccupied home. Police said they are investigating that fire as a possible arson.
