Suffolk police are investigating another robbery of a Long Island pharmacy, just a week after the one in Medford that ended in the death of four people.

About noon Sunday, an unidentified man entered the CVS Pharmacy at 935 Horseblock Rd. in Farmingville and gave a note to an employee demanding prescription drugs and cash, police said.

The employee complied and the suspect left on foot, police said. There were no injuries.

Just minutes before, the robber had entered the store and left after inquiring about the drugs' availability, police said.

The suspect is described as thin, about 5 feet, 8 inches and in his early 20s. He was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, a white-and-red baseball hat, and dark-colored pants, police said. Detectives ask anyone with information to call the Sixth Squad at 631-852-8652 or CrimeStoppers at 800-220-TIPS. Calls will be kept confidential, police said.
