Cops probe Gordon Heights shooting

Suffolk County police are investigating the shooting of a 19-year-old man Sunday night in Gordon Heights.

The identity of the victim was not released. Police said he was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The shooting on Cedar Lane was reported in a 911 call at 9:36 p.m., police said. Police did not release details of the shooting -- but said no arrests have been made.
