Suffolk police are investigating the shooting of a 22-year-old Amityville man Sunday afternoon.

Police said they responded to a call at Benjoe Drive and Albany Avenue in North Amityville at 4:10 p.m. and found Allen McGhee bleeding in the street from several gunshot wounds. McGhee was taken to Nassau County Medical Center in East Meadow and treated for non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
