Cops: Report of SUV into lobby of Setauket office building

Police said a sport utility vehicle drove into the lobby of an office building on Technology Drive on Friday.
A police spokeswoman said an 83-year-old woman was behind the wheel of a 2010 Hyundai when it went through the front glass panel of the building at about 12:50 p.m.
The Brookhaven Town fire marshall and building inspector responded to the scene to assess the damage and integrity of the structure, police said. Emergency services removed the vehicle from the building.
The woman was taken to Stony Brook University Hospital for observation, the spokeswoman said.
