Two Ridge men were arrested Saturday and charged with burglary in Middle Island, Suffolk police said.
Police received a 911 call at about 7 p.m. from a woman who arrived at her Fairview Circle home to find two men burglarizing it.
The men fled, but Officers Douglas Libonati and Janine Lesiewicz of the Seventh Squad found them a short time later, police said.
Edward Krolick, 22, of Northview Trail, and Jack Carson, 21, of Sunset Trail, were arrested and charged with second-degree burglary. The two were arraigned Sunday at First District Court in Central Islip. Krolick was ordered held on $453,000 bond or $101,000 cash bail, while Carson was ordered held on $150,500 bond or $50,500 cash bail. They are both due back in court on Friday.
