A Riverhead man was arrested on Saturday night after he allegedly left a Mattituck pizzeria without paying his bill, Southold Town police said.

Police said Martin Caracuel, 50, racked up a tab of $130.35 at Michael Angelo's, then left without paying. Police said they spotted Caracuel at the Broken Down Valise pub at about 11:30 p.m., and took him back to the restaurant, where he was identified by staff.

Caracuel was arrested and charged with theft of services. He was taken to police headquarters for processing.
