The woman found dead along an East Hampton road Thursday has been identified as a Sag Harbor resident, Suffolk police said.

The death of Hallie Ulrich, 22, does not appear to be criminal at this time, police said.

Homicide detectives had asked for the public’s help Thursday in identifying a body discovered about 6:30 a.m. on the grassy shoulder of Alewife-Brook Road, north of Terry Road.

In asking for the public’s help, police had said a tattoo of an owl was on her right wrist and another tattoo of two interlocking rings was on the inside of her upper left arm.
