Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County police are looking for two former employees of a home-improvement company who allegedly stole a credit-card number to make unauthorized purchases of more than $15,000 at Lowe's stores.

Heidi Custor, 39, and Ray Minori, 38, were employed by a Shirley home improvement company when they obtained a company credit card number and began using it to purchase items from Lowe's Home Improvement stores, according to a Thursday news release.

The couple, whose last known address was 91 Rugby Dr. in Shirley, used the card without permission in April 2013, charging more than $15,000, police said.

The two were dismissed from their jobs for "an unrelated reason," police said, and are believed to be traveling together. Both are known to frequent North Carolina and South Carolina.

Police also released photographs of the suspects Thursday.

Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers at 800-220-8477. All calls will be kept confidential.
