Cops seek suspect in Subway shop robbery
Crime Stoppers and Sixth Squad detectives are searching for a man who robbed a Coram sandwich shop while wielding a metal pipe, Suffolk County police said Monday.
At about 9:45 p.m. on May 29, the suspect entered a Subway restaurant at 1 Glenmere Lane, holding a metal pipe, police said.
He demanded cash from an employee at the counter, and after the worker complied with the request, the suspect ran off, police said.
