Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is offering up to $5,000 cash as a reward for information leading to the arrest of a man caught on surveillance tape taking cosmetics from a Smithtown drugstore.

At about 6 p.m. Nov. 12, the man, wearing light-colored jeans, a green shirt, gray sweatshirt and red baseball cap, was caught on tape putting the items inside his clothing, leaving the CVS at 111 Terry Rd. and riding a bicycle north on Terry Road.

Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 800-220-TIPS (8477).
