Narcotics officers arrested four people Thursday afternoon at a home in Centereach, charging three of them with drug-related offenses, police said.

The four were arrested during the execution of a search warrant at 21 Windsor St. at about 4:10 p.m. Suffolk County police said Michael Rossi, 18, Lawrence Engelbert, 22, and Nicolas Boggi and George Harris, both 19, were arrested by officers from the Suffolk County Sixth Precinct Narcotics Enforcement / Special Operations Team, assisted by Narcotics Section, Emergency Services Section, COPE and patrol officers.

Police said Harris, of Pleasant Avenue in Centereach, was charged with one count of first-degree loitering. The others were charged with drug-related offenses.

Rossi, who lives in the home, was charged with five counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, one count of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, first-degree criminal nuisance and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Engelbert, of Paula Boulevard in Selden, was charged with one count of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, while Boggi, of Eastwood Boulevard in Centereach, was charged with one count of criminal possession of a hypodermic needle and first-degree loitering, police said.

Rossi, Engelbert and Boggi were held overnight, police said, and are scheduled for arraignment Friday in First District Court in Central Islip.

Harris was released after posting bail, police said. He will be scheduled for arraignment later.
